I see little dots in a square pattern in the area where the arrows were
before. These may be difficult to see on some screens.
You can click in this area next to the filename and drag to change the
order. (The background colour for the filename changes when clicking and
draggin.) Much faster and easier than using the arrows on the old site!
- the navigation side bar is not left aligned to side of my screen and
takes sometimes half of the screen -- this is also due to the fact that
the names of the files are very long ;-)
In another note I asked Marko about having different levels of
navigation for different language sections. In the English section we
don't get very many filenames in the first 4 levels, so it isn't a problem.
Also in the English section I changed the visible names to things like
CG3 Ch1 Introducting Calc, which is shorter than the full filename
(xxxx.odt) and will wrap to 2 or 3 lines at the spaces. This helps a lot.
Marko and Andreas: is it possible to have the new site not be fixed
width? I have much more width available on my monitor, so it is very
annoying to have narrow columns with a lot of white space to each side.
I think fixed-width sites are very user-unfriendly.
and to me there are some double roles; we should try and limit it to 6
only and give each of them specific rights:

Let us discuss ;-)
As I said in a note to Marko, for the English section I don't think we
need the differences you said for the roles. 'Contributor' would do for
both writing and reviewing. But it's okay with me to keep them separate
and I'll just assign two roles to people.
We should also clearly agree what is meant by the different statuses of
a document, as confusion arises when these terms are translated. Can
anybody give the roadmap on how a document is going from one status to
the next?
I'll post one to the list soon.
Sometimes there is a conflict between the name of the status,
when assigning, compared to the status shown in the listings. Could this
be harmonised?
+1 That would be helpful!
The documents which are pending for review are not shown on the homepage
in the Dutch section.
Probably no Review List box has been added to the Dutch section. It's a
'portlet'.
Marko or Andreas: when I added the Review List to the English section,
it went above the Navigation area. Is it possible for me to move it to a
location below the navigation, as we had it before? I could not find out
how to so this.
