I see little dots in a square pattern in the area where the arrows were 
before. These may be difficult to see on some screens.

You can click in this area next to the filename and drag to change the 
order. (The background colour for the filename changes when clicking and 
draggin.) Much faster and easier than using the arrows on the old site!

My mistake. This cannot be seen by people without Manager role. I think 
anyone with author/contributor/reviewer/editor role should be able to do 
this. I will try to find where to add that ability to those roles, or 
perhaps Andreas or Marko can do that. I don't want to make more mistakes!

Leo, perhaps you should have Manager role, since you do so many things 
in the Dutch section.
