Well, I have not tested it before, if it works ... :( As Andreas has
mentioned, it is disabled ATM (which I found out later ... :( ).

I think, this depends on the manager role in Plone. I hope, that the
registration of new users will be possible again, when the new instance
is online. I think Andreas and/or Marko will enable it (hopefully
... ;) ) after the completion (I have found one place, where it
would be possible to mark the registration to be active, but ... ;)
).
