Most of the points I include on the email are portraid on that screenshot. Body start at around 45% of the screen. This is assuming too much, but I am not sure 'espanol' on the URL matter too much to the user. I never met a user during the old site that was confused by 'es', or even wonder. I chat with one of them and told me that the last successful login was around 2 weeks ago, and she had tried to login ever since including 2 days ago and this morning and had no luck.
