Most people will not be transferred. They will need to create a new account
at
the new instance and ask for author privileges (though I think it's called
something else now; I must check).

What about the doucments, I dont see any documents on any of the
folder. Except this login_form pages that were gnerated during the
migration.

That is very, very strange. I do not know what caused that problem. As far as I
know, the other language folders are okay, with documents (not login forms). I
hope Andreas can help you.
