After struggling for three days with Photoshop (the program the
publisher recommended for making the cover PDF for a book I'm working
on) and its documentation (or lack thereof), I tried doing it in OOo
Writer and had the job finished in half an hour. Yes, I had to look up
how to do a couple of things, but the doc was clear and it was easy to
find the answers.
Now that the two books I have been working on are pretty much out of the
way, maybe I can get back to proofing Calc if you still need any help.
