all the rest of it. ;-)
BTW, the Calc Guide is the one most in need of review. At the point, most of the
chapters still need checking for accuracy and comprehensibility, including by
using Calc while following the instructions. Chapters 7, 9, 10, and 11 are the
ones most in need of checking. Most of the other chapters have been reviewed by
quite a few people already, and so are less in need of work.
BTW, Ch7 needs major rework but so far no one has turned up with both the
knowledge and the time to do so. Ch9 may need rework too.
