I do not believe that I have permissions to edit site instructions. Once I
have logged in to the OOoAuthors site, the title bar lists the tabs labeled
contents, view & sharing. When I visit my profile, I have two tabs,
dashboard and editing. The tab editing allows me to do the obvious.
