FYI: Since the how-to-upload page (in Contributor resources) needs some
updating, I poked around a little, preparing to do that. AFAIK, I have
no special privileges on OOA, beyond "Author". I found that selecting
the *actions* > *check out* menu item produces a new instance of the
page, ready for editing, and the old page is locked.
What happens after editing, I don't know yet. I cancelled my edit and
checkout, because this will take a couple of hours to do right, which I
can't spend right now. (I was expecting a "download / edit locally /
upload to feedback folder" sequence of operations, but no.)
