Screenshots should be large enough to read, but extraneous material should be
cropped off. During the writing/editing phase, the draft illos often have not
been cropped, and often are not the final shots anyway. (I typically take draft
screenshots from Ubuntu, but finals are usually taken from Windows.)
In the final pass through a chapter before creating a PDF, I move the illos and
text around a bit as needed to minimize blank space.
