[authors] **PING**Base Guide outline proposal

    I have uploaded my general proposal for chapter 2 of the Base 
Guide: Planning/Designing. It is in the Draft folder for the Base Guide 
(guide based upon OOo 3.x). Comments anyone? Do I need to be more 
specific in places?
    I do have a question. Perhaps someone could answer them? What is 
the difference between these datatypes: default, and HSQL? I have not 
found anything specific in the HSQL User Guide on this topic. So, I'm 
clueless.
