A lot of chapters that need reviewing for OOoV3.2 are not on the Review List, because they are published chapters.

People wanting to review published chapters can retract them in the usual manner, but this leaves them in a state (internal draft) that cannot be seen by visitors to the site who do not have Author or Editor permissions. Although providing access to the source .odt files to any and all visitors is not the main purpose of the OOoAuthors website, it is an important secondary purpose, and so I do not like the idea of having chapters in "internal draft" state when they are actually published.

I can think of only one way around this that does not involve other record-keeping that is likely to be overlooked, so I propose the following:

I will copy all of the published files into new folders named something like "To be reviewed for V3.2" and mark all of them as "pending review". Then people can retract them and work on them as usual.

The only negative thing I can think of is that this will make a huge long Review List, which may inconvenience the other language groups that have to share it with us.

Any comments or other ideas? It's got to be something easy to implement, or even the best idea just won't happen in real life.
