IMO when taking screenshots we should NOT use any of the customized Linux distributions, but ONLY use the official OOo distributions.
Since we are often writing about soon-to-be-released versions of OOo, then the official ones are the only choice anyway.
We have in a few cases (usually in the "Introducing [component] chapter of a book) added a comment that things may look different on different OS. We could put it on the Copyright page of every chapter, I suppose... but no one reads those pages anyway. ;-)
