[authors] PDF of Getting Started book

I have uploaded a PDF of the full Getting Started book (v3.2 edition) 
to the OOoAuthors website and to the OOo Docs wiki.

This PDF is watermarked "Free eBook Edition" in an attempt to 
discourage other people from copying and selling it. (Thanks to 
Gabriel Gurley for the pointer to how to do this using Adobe Acrobat Pro.)

I'm working on reformatting the book for the printed edition.
