If our own stle guide doesn't cover it there is one on the OOo wiki.
Sorry I don't have the address handy but someone will know if you
can't find it. We use a mix of US and UK punctuation but only US
spelling to match the main English version of the software. When I get
home I will update the website & wiki with this info if someone else
doesn't do it first.
