okay...got it...

if win95 ( viritual host ) is up...you want to autofs mount it...
if win95 is not up...you want to mount it with vfat ( /etc/fstab ) ?

i think if you want to mount w/ vfat fs...you will need to do a
check if your win95 is up or not...call a simple shell script and
it will do your mounting for you....
