Erm, what is? Do you mean:
- controlling which master maps are used via /etc/nsswitch.conf is the
right thing to do
OR
- removing /etc/auto.master so that the NIS auto.master map is
consulted
OR
- editing the autofs script so that the NIS auto.master map is
consulted?
