To refer and this is important that in stable version there isnt any build problem, inspite in configure.ac still haves xmltoman the ./configure continues and gives xmltoman as not found: configure:27557: checking for xmltoman configure:27584: result: no configure:27600: WARNING: *** Not rebuilding man pages as xmltoman is not found *** configure:28208: creating ./config.status and in svn the configure just stops.
