It's on it's way. It's OSS of course (Apache license) and being developed on obsure
machine on
the internet, using the truly excellent source control package called Perforce. At
some point I
guess the author will consider work complete to a point (it's under port at the
moment), and apply
for it to become an Apache sponsored project. It'll probably move to Jakarta and
become CVS
hosted.
