Actually this is a point I came across ages ago. We need to make camelot
distinguish between installing a ServerApplication and deploying a
ServerApplication. So what would happen is you install the SA first - then
use a GUI for Configuration management and then deploy it as ready to go.

JMX is probably the easiest/best way to do it but as yet no one has started
on it ;)
