There's a danger of having too many bits for newcomers to download. I
suggest we have both:
1) bundled dists (e.g the Avalon-4.0b1 (framework & excalibur), Logkit
and idc a (phoenix & cornerstone) dist)
2) sub-project dists, one for each of the five sub-projects. (possibly
just jars?) (At the moment release/framework contains the Avalon-4.0b1
dist and release/excalibur is linked to it) E.g.
avalon-excalibur-4.0b1.jar.
Also, unless anyone objects, I think we should put source dists in their
own directory.
