Disregard previous message, what I did was:
Downloaded
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-avalon/release/framework/latest/Avalon-4.0-src.zip
half an hour ago and did everything discussed so far. That one unzips to Avalonblabla
and not to jakarta-avalon.
