I have just posted 5 files under src/proposal for consideration.

These include:

    Serviceable - equivalent to Composable
    ServiceManager - equivalent to ComponentManager
    ServiceException - equivalent to ComponentException
    DefaultServiceManager - equivalent to DefaultComponentManager

    LifecycleHelper - updated version of the Phoenix lifecycle runner
                      that handles Serviceable object
