Correct but it is inline with the way all our projects use it. I haven't 
looked closely but I assume all the ones that develoeprs from here are 
involved with enforce this contract. ie phoenix and thus james explictly 
enforces it, as does the ant proposal - IIRC Cocoon does not require it but 
it is the way that it is used - what about EOB - does it access services via 
interfaces?
