Maybe start from an existing "J2EE Introductory Tutorial", and
add/modify it so that it shows the way to make it work with
Avalon? I'm REALLY green with EJBs, even greener with Avalon,
so I wouldn't think I could do anything to help (yet).

I just noticed your domain. I will be visiting Switzerland
presently, my family came from there more than 100 years ago
(near Zurich). I'm excited to visit the small town where my
great-grandfather was born almost 150 years ago!
