There is already wings.jar in the scratchpad with a Transformer that used to
work on CocoonAlpha1 and hasen't been finished porting.

As for JChart, it's ok, but I started Wings because:
1. I want a way to use different implementations with one  API.
2. No Apache-style license charting available

The implementation of Wings was done way before JCharts BTW.

JChart is LGPL. I asked the author if he wanted to change, and after a
lengthy but interesting discussion, the thing alas didn't proceed.
