Pete, I suggest we see what happens to the cruft, and if it goes dead in a few weeks complain very loudly. While the cocoon doc building should have been fixed months ago, there *is* work going on to get it to work properly. Combined with the fact that our current cocoon build system is a lot easier to migrate to something else (ie Forrest) that will probably actually work like it is supposed to (as it is an active, properly maintained project with more than 1 person working on it, *with* a good dtd), I am willing to put up with it a little longer. If you would take a look at the recent build changes in jakarta-avalon-apps/xcommander (which I will do for the rest of applications save 'enterprise' which deviates too much), you'll see it is sort-of possible to maintain a clean setup of two doc building systems. Once I get the cocoon bit working, I'll modify the main apps/build.xml to include anakia targets and the changing of a single line in a property file will allow the switch. now... Berin (et al), Pete does have a valid point. Doc generation has been broken, repeatedly, over a long period of time, and it is still not working properly. If no-one will maintain cocoon doc generation, and Pete will only maintain anakia doc generation, the choice is anakia. Makes sense. cheers, - Leo -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> For additional commands, e-mail: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
