Berin, we have practical requirements. Anakia is faster, easier and simpler to
use than cocoon. The non-DTD format has a vastly higher adoption rate both
inside and outside Apache because it is so easy to work with (Compare this to
document.dtds adoption - ie almost nil).

A Unified format would be nice but remember it was you who stopped that when
you blocked me doing anakia conversion (and yet you yourself have yet to put
any positive work towards unifying the system).

And now you see my point. In two weeks when you don't have time - who is going
to be maintaing things? Most likely nobody ... again.

The only reason so much effort has been put in recently was because I started
erradicating cocoon and SPENDING TIME FIXING DOCS. So far cornerstone,
phoenix and about a third of excalibur is free of broken crapola that is
legacy of the unmaintained documentation system.

I am giving both, you and Nicola, 2 weeks to get the remainder of the
documentation system into a maintainable state. If that does not occur I will
continue to improve our docs. Egos be damned.

True, but it is a hell of a lot more maintainable than our current "system".
