I've lot of project :) (as everybody here)
But I prefer to focus on something simple and stable for the beginning.

We are working synergy between servers/applications.

Sure, but, I wont develop them.
I mean, I'll try to open the code to allow easy development of sort of 
plugin. But, this is not my current priority to develop bridge for Y! or 
ICQ. I prefer to have to good reference/stable implem of Jabber protocol 
before anything else.

This is mainstream.
I'm currently working with an experimented developer (as the matter of fact 
he's familiar with James, huhu ;) ). Wait & see
