Hi,
I just found out (the hard way) that the bitrate for fccDIV4 can't be set,
using avifile 0.54.5. Can this be fixed? If not, I really think the
library should print a warning when one attempts to do
SetExtendedAttr(fccDIV4, "BitRate" ...), otherwise people (like me) will
spend hours trying to figure out why mpeg2divx always encodes at ~360
kbit.
