Yes. The usual mp3 codec under windows is l3codeca.acm.
But it doesn't accept the audio stream header generated by avifile lib.
Someone should check headers generated by windows codec and fix avifile!
(I can play these files with MPlayer only with the native mpg123-based
codec, l3codeca doesn't accept them)
You can try replace l3codeca.acm with something else under windows.
