[Avifile]Changed to 0.60, now slow

Just switched from 0.53.5 to 0.60, and even small movies at decent framerates
seem to drop a lot more frames than they used to - is this normal?  I was used
to my 30fps movies looking just fine, but they've gone all jittery now (divx
DIV3 low motion codec).
