that QFont error has nothing to do with his playing the movie.  But yea, his 
linking to the quicktime libs is messed up.  I used to get them because i 
stripped libs i shouldn't have in a way that was wrong  and i used my own 
compilation of gcc which was also a botched compile.  anyway, that's all 
fixed and i don't get those errors anymore.  It definitely doesn't have to do 
with qfont though, that error is basically harmless from my experience.
