Hi

Thanks to Piro we should be now probably working on FreeBSD again.
As I didn't that such a minor difference in locking order in initialization
causes such a big problem to BSD system I've now unified thread locking
for all platforms - so I would suppose it should now work also on NetBSD.
(and it also works on Linux)

Another good thing should be yet a bit better video scheduler which is
now nearly as precise as VBI driver with Matrox card (which of course
has the ultimate precission - you simply can't schedule image in better
time :)) But now even without this driver the images should by displayed
on the screen at the right time.

If anyone experiences problems with jerky movies:

a) - Send me long enough debug output of aviplayer avsyncing times
(before starting aviplayer set AVIPLAY_DEBUG=1 - in bash on linux
      export AVIPLAY_DEBUG=1)

b) - Don't forget to describe your hw configuration
(and don't expect miracles - slow computers will always have
     some problems!)

c) - prepare short sample of such movie so I could test it myself.

d) - compare this scene with other players too - if it is badly created
file it can not be played correctly!

e) - buy a card which supports VBI
