I'm using cstocs for this.
The problem is that Qt3.0 doesn't provide such option to pick ISO-8859-2
And as now its even worst - mouse doesn't work in popup, widget
are ghosted without reason and few other wierd thing I've switched
back to Qt2.2.3 for now - where everything surpricingly works :)
