Well our audio mpeg decoder is not one of the best :) and is also
producing some incorrect output (especialy for non 44KHz streams)
so I'm looking for replacement - but it looks like everyone has made
his own branch of mp3lib - very sad situation :(...

Also I've found library called MAD which should be giving high
quality output so this might be another option.

So if anyone knows - where is the current mp3lib which is being
maintained - let me know :)

Well if he would need to use 0.5 and it would be giving him good results
then we are doing something wrong...

Also I think there will be slight change for this slider
- I assume that we will lock this slider to just a very short period of
time - like -1s +3s and if users will experience bigger delays
would have to open separate stream - then he may use any delay
he might need - this might be probably hidden from the users later but
not from the begining - this will be because of new reading code I'm planing
to add (sounds like Microsoft way of Inovations :) doens't it ?)

So this should be probably checked in configure.in
