Hmm I think that the whole networking code seems to be looking weird.

Basicaly it is not 'deadlock' safe - so some gaming with socket, selects,
and also some more asf header recognition would be necessary.
As I'm busy with other parts and reading movies from network is not
on my TopList it will stay that way for some time if noone else will
fix that...

>From the aviplay part - aviplay doesn't check cached size - so aviplay
won't stop when buffered size is to small - which cause complete desync
of audio and video I think

Also .asx parsing is not correct I believe.
