Usage of DivX4 via Win32 loader.
Because of there is certain number of users who could not use
libdecoder/encore as native linux library for their systems aviplay
is now also supporting usage latest divx.dll (and in the future
also possibly divxdec.ax) for both decoding & encoding.
I've enabled sorting of codecs so user should be able to control
order of codecs scanning - thought it's currently not in the
very good shape - but it works :)
