Notification for library users -
Attribute info & CodecInfo are derived from BaseInfo and users
are supposed to use GetName() & GetAbout() instead of direct access
to class members and I think the rest of member will have access methods
as well - this will certainly leads to minor updates in the programs
who are using this attributes and writting infos about codecs....
Modification should be quite simple - just replace name.c_str() with GetName()
