Cenk, I'd recommend double, no, triple checking that your QT libraries are installed and that the environment variable QTDIR is being set in ~/.bash_profile (if your using it).
I know that I had trouble before, and once I resolved that the libraries AND the headers for QT were from different versions and specified that avifile should use the same versions in the ./configure line everything worked okay. Avifile now works well. I hope you get it working, I'm sorry I can't be of more help. -mh On Monday 19 November 2001 06:59 am, root wrote: > hello > > i cant compile the avifile 0.6.0... package. configuring goes just fine, > but compiling goes wrong every time. > > is there a rpm which contains the entire library and aviplay. every rpm > i installed doesnt contain the aviplay. why, i can see aviplay libraries > but no aviplay executable. > > im kinda a linux newbie, so i would appreciate help. > > best regards > cenk > > > _______________________________________________ > Avifile mailing list > [EMAIL PROTECTED] > http://prak.org/mailman/listinfo/avifile _______________________________________________ Avifile mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://prak.org/mailman/listinfo/avifile
