Ok I've played this time-consuming game myself - during this game 
I've fixed few other problems which have shown up 

so the current CVS version should handle all codecs EXCEPT

I'm trying to locate this problem as well - but it's not easy.

All other codecs which are marked for compression seems to operate
properly

These three above when used separately works also normaly - so there
is probably some hidden problem left inside win32 loader
