SDL_Cursor should be defined in SDL_mouse.h unless something has
been dramaticaly changed - but I doubt as my Debian has 1.2.3 installed
and SDL_Cursor is defined in this place.
Looks like something is wrong with you SDL installtion - don't you
have some very old header files floating somewhere in your system ?

It's a structure so it will not be a part of library.
