Yes, it's 0-1, XV_SATURATION is 0 - 31 .

Well, actually no. COLORKEY has range 0 - 16777215 but I can't see that
it does anything usefull, BRIGHTNESS has range -64 - 63 and also
uneffective (video decoder config BRIGHTNESS works just fine).

I noticed that _before_ but never actually _needed_ to config anything
until now :)
