With colorkey you could change the color which used for overlay
- so instead of some blue color you might use white color - usually
you could set this in your XF86Config file - I also think it's not
very usefull but you may for example change it to black and them
move some black window over this and should see the movie through it,
but as you can't put any window over your overlay I guess it's not
usable at all for you :)

I'll add these configuration to main config anyway - except maybe
if someone would help me to arrange the widget in some intelligent way
it might help.
