Well there are certain problems between Qt and SDL - both library
authors sais they are doing it in the right way but it doesn't work
and moreover they both say the oposite library is wrong :)

I've tried to add some trick but they seems to help only with
some version of Qt and SDL and as both SDL & Qt are also changing
the logic of keyboard/mouse grabbing even internal hack in avifile
aren't powerful enough to avoid the mouse locking...
All the problems beguns when Trolltech got some amazing idea to
play the Grabing - from that time the problems started - it's been
somewhere around 3.0b3 - then they have backported they 'wonderfull'
patch also to 2.3 and so now there are some nondeterministical problems...

If there would be some expert for this I would really appreciate some
help here...
