Guess, that people _still_ don't know Qt THAT much... The complete KDE is built on the Qt toolkit; and yes, the theme managment is posible... If You use Qt3, then You should run $QTDIT/bin/qtconfig, and set one of the installed themes; And with the combination of the KDE3's CVS there are even more themes, like Keramik, which supports the transparent menus, and more and more and more and more... :)
