I know - the problem with this format is that the MS videos are palleted
formats - and as I'm doing aviplay mainly for myself and I've never met
such files (except for two samples on mphq site) I've not had big push
into supporting them - maybe some native decoder might/will be added
over the time to ffmpeg - we will see...

Well I may suggest huffyuv which is also loseless - but it's support
is rather poor by now in aviplay - I'll try to improve this one rather
instead - it should be giving 'better' compression ratio as well.
