I *think* I am subscribed to the [EMAIL PROTECTED] list as well to the list with
the sourceforge address??

Ah! I didn't know that this could be a problem...

Okay, I'll improve this - is there anything else besides QDateTimeEdit that's
incompatible?

I have to try to install such an older Qt in parallel.

Can you send me a make -i 2>&1 output, so I can see where the compiler barfs
with Qt2??

It looks horrible, even on my monitor.

Yes, definetly yes.

When I wrote the timertable code, I had the hell of the time getting the
widgets to appear where they are now, and for the moment I want to leave them
like this, because I want to get the timertable to use different
codec/video/audio settings per recording.

After that, I'll re-do the layout of the timertable, that's for sure - can you
give me time for that?

In the meantime, while adding widgets to the Config widget, I've learned more
about Layout with Qt, I hope I can handle it now....

Apropos Config widget: you might be shocked, at the moment it looks quite
ugly.

I've added a QListView widget for the DirPool to the File Tab, that makes the
window larger and quite ugly.

Please let me leave this also ugly for now - I think there might be even more
widgets showing up there soon, at the moment it's heavy development,so I'd
like to do the functionality now, and when I've got all the widgets and all
the options together, then it's time to aim for a better Layout, maybe move
the DirPool to a separate Tab, whatever.

Is that ok with you?

Alex
