Well, Ubuntu is syncing from Debian regularly, I didn't pay a lot of attention (although I believe I could technically still upload avogadro to Ubuntu directly)
Looks like the latest LTS has 1.0.0, while the latest regular release has 1.0.1. Apparently there are some Ubuntu modifications to the Debian package which means some manual work is needed to get 1.0.3 into the current development release. I'll see what I can do (preferably prodding some Ubuntu guys to merge the Debian package rather than getting myself wet instead ;) ) > Any Ubuntu users want to step up?
