Please note that this message will contain a full copy of the comment thread, including the initial issue submission, for this request, not just the latest update. Category: Commands / Extensions Group: v 1.1.0 Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Missing one bond in one case Initial Comment: In Avogadro 1.1.0 (Git revision: fc5116d), when I insert an unsaturated fragment (like a CH3 in file attachment), the carbon has a valence of 3, not 4. So when I connect it with another carbon, I have CH3CH2 : one H is missing! With Avogadro 1.0.1 or 1.0.3 (normaly also with the 1.1.0 git revision 640c598), there is not this problem. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=835077&aid=3412885&group_id=165310 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ All the data continuously generated in your IT infrastructure contains a definitive record of customers, application performance, security threats, fraudulent activity and more.
