Summary: Missing one bond in one case

Initial Comment:
In Avogadro 1.1.0 (Git revision: fc5116d), when I insert an unsaturated
fragment (like a CH3 in file attachment), the carbon has a valence of 3, not 4.
So when I connect it with another carbon, I have CH3CH2 : one H is missing!
With Avogadro 1.0.1 or 1.0.3 (normaly also with the 1.1.0 git revision
640c598), there is not this problem.
